Welcome to our Virtual Support Page. This would be where to go when you need help and do not want to bring the machine into our shop. Keep in mind that not all problems can be solved this way, such as hardware problems or internet connectivity problems. Also we can only help those on High speed such as DSL or Cable. Unfortunately dial-up is to slow for this type of support.

The charge for the virtual support is $45.00 an hour. If we can not fix the problem this way and you have to bring your machine in this charge will be credited to the first hour of in shop labor which is $60.00 an hour. To use this service you must call us first. We do offer this for after hours at $60.00 an hour. We can also schedule pick and delivery of your machine for $25.00 for the round trip. (Delivery is for inside city limits additional charges can apply for anyone outside Tallahassee city limits)
