Thank you for choosing CompuSat Engineering, Inc. for all of your computer needs.

All products listed on the CompuSat Engineering, Inc. online store are new with full manufacturer warranty unless noted otherwise.

Order Fulfillment:
Orders will be processed within 24 business hours of receipt unless received after 2:00PM EST, in which they will be processed the following business day (Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. CompuSat Engineering, Inc. will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines). If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and holidays. Any order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee .

Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations must be processed over the phone with a company representative to guarantee no delays in the cancellation as we may not receive your email in time for the cancellation. Phone lines are available from 10:30am EST to 5:30pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders that have been processed may not be eligible for cancellation. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. Any order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee .

International Orders:
As of yet we do not ship international yet

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic order does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CompuSat Engineering, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Please note that any verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item.

Credit Card Declines:
If your credit card is declined during order processing, you will be notified via Email and/or by telephone. You will have 7 days in which to contact us with a different credit card number or alternative payment method. If after 7 days we have not received a response, your order will be cancelled. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item.

Verification Address Holds:
If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item. Your order will remain on hold for 7 days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests for more information, your order will be cancelled.

Sales Tax:
Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to Florida addresses. For all other States, the purchaser is responsible for any applicable state and local sales tax.  

Payment Methods:
CompuSat Engineering, Inc. accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Please note that a verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item. If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct address. CompuSat Engineering, Inc. accepts PayPal payments for orders under $200 including tax and shipping. If the total of the order including tax and shipping amount to over $200, we ask that you supply us with an alternate form of payment. We only accept payments from Verified PayPal Members with Confirmed Shipping Addresses. Simply select "PayPal" for the Payment Method and complete your on-line order at CompuSat Engineering, Inc..

CompuSat Engineering, Inc. accepts cashier's checks and money orders issued within the U.S. You must place the order online, select "Cashier's Check/ Money Order" as the payment method. After you obtain the order number and receive the order confirmation email, please purchase a cashier's check or money order from your bank for the exact amount of the order and mail the check with a copy of the order confirmation email to us. Please make the check payable to "CompuSat Engineering, Inc." We will ship your products within 1-2 business days after the check is cleared (normally 5 to 7 business days). Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Orders via "Cashier's Check/ Money Order" are not confirmed until payment is received. Company and personal checks are accepted, but items will not be shipped until checks are cleared from bank (normally 5 to 7 business days). Please note that the check clearing process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item.

Status of Orders:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via email that your order has been received by CompuSat Engineering, Inc.. Once your order has been shipped, a Tracking Number will be emailed to you. You can always track your package once it has been shipped by clicking the "UPS Tracking " link located at the top of every page. From there, you will just need to enter your Six Digit Order Number in the UPS Order Number Fields provided and click "Track ". If you require additional information, please contact us.

Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects:
Every third party product you buy from CompuSat Engineering. Inc. is backed first by the products manufacture's warranty. CompuSat Engineering. Inc.'s 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. CompuSat Engineering. Inc. day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or CompuSat Engineering. Inc.. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to CompuSat Engineering. Inc. limited 30 day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or CompuSat Engineering. Inc. will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. CompuSat Engineering. Inc. will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 850-219-9994. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by CompuSat Engineering. Inc. or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.


Product Returns:
All returns must be pre-approved by requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number . To accomplish this, please provide the order number and a description of the issue. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process. Any item returned without applying for an RMA number, will be subject up to a 30% restocking fee. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 3 business days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only.

You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. A pro-rated charge will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts (i.e.: missing cables and/or accessories, used fans, and CPU Coolers). The returned item(s) must be packaged properly. All returned items will be inspected for physical damage. Any and all product warranties, guarantees, and RMAs are void and null if returned item(s) is (are) found to be physically damaged. All physically damaged items returned to CompuSat Engineering, Inc. will be refused and/or returned at customer's own costs. All physical damage and/or missing parts to items when received must be reported within 24 hours after the delivery has been made.

Please write the RMA number given on the outside of the shipping box. Any package without a RMA number written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused. Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), a replacement if applicable and/or requested will be shipped within 3 business days. If you request for a refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable ( CompuSat Engineering, Inc. cannot be held responsible for shipping costs to send back a defective or non-defective item back to CompuSat Engineering, Inc.). Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.

Privacy Policy:
CompuSat Engineering, Inc. understands our customers' concerns regarding the privacy of the information they share with us. We hold our customers, and the information they share with us, in the highest regard. We do not sell, share or rent information to anyone outside CompuSat Engineering, Inc.. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us.  

Typographical Errors:
We at CompuSat Engineering, Inc. strive to provide the most accurate pricing, descriptions, and specifications for our products; however; we cannot guarantee that the products descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, pricing or any information on CompuSat Engineering, Inc. is correct, accurate or complete. In the event a product is or has been listed incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing, CompuSat Engineering, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CompuSat Engineering, Inc. shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account. In the event a product you received is or has been listed incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing, CompuSat Engineering, Inc. shall have the right to replace, exchange or return the item(s) in question, at our sole discretion. To be eligible for replacement, exchange, and/or return, the item(s) in question must be unopened and in unused condition. We recommend consulting with the Product Manufacturer to receive the most up to date products descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall CompuSat Engineering. Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
